Something a bit different today:
I don’t mind saying that this has been a long day. Up early, in to town for meetings, fighting through the rush on the Underground, poor eating (sandwich), too much coffee (if there is such a thing), and just being generally tired. My total score for the WOD was 113; first round 49, second 30 and third 34. I’ll give myself credit today – I tried hard, felt sick throughout and got cramp in my calves for no apparent reason at all. There was just nothing in my shoulders. That said, I smashed the wall balls completely unbroken, which was an aim once I saw the board.
