Sometimes you don’t have your normal body changing tools and have to improvise. With 30lt water butts, fence posts and an ash pole there are a myriad of possibilities.

5 x Handstand Push Ups (strict)
10 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull (30kg water butt)
20 x Squats (switch shoulder after 10 @ 30kg)
In the sun, after a day on the beach and as a prelude to shifting 16 large haybales around the farm. I used the fence post to work overhead squats considerably beforehand before getting tucked in to this. It was tough, don’t get me wrong, but I could have worked harder. The squats were the hardest part.
