There was no way to move faster or harder in this. I gave it absolutely all I had without losing control.

Funny that the numbers are similar to my back squats of yesterday but volume obviously a lot higher. Legs still tired. Had to use lifting straps as the cheese-grater grip on the cheap military bars was tearing my skin off. Form was solid throughout.
