Another early start and only 3 of us in the box. For me to make the most of the opportunity in CF P, I may have to start going to evening sessions. The competitiveness that I seek in order to progress just isn’t there with such a small group in the mornings. Still, it is working out quite well at the moment.

Having chatted with my coaches in the USA, I need to be getting more squatting in if I am to improve the Cleans..well, that is part of it. The CF P programming has a good amount of Front and Back Squats in and I am already seeing immediate improvements. The Push Presses are also a confidence of mine and I am pleased to be seeing immediate improvements here too.

Completely unbroken throughout for the first time ever but still not the fastest. The Sit Ups slowed me down here, cramp developing during the 40s and continuing through the round of 30. I need to speed up here as there imply wasn’t the intensity that there should have been.
