12 Sept 14 – Yoga and Stretching

1 hour of stretching today. Bottom to top, lots of myofacial release using a foam roller.

An aniseed ball.

Flapjack.

Lots of eggs and some bacon.

Battered fish, slice of ham, slice of corned beef and another egg.

Not all in that order.

It’s one of those days, I guess. 🙂
