27 Aug 14 – Front Squats, Burpees, Pull Ups and Thrusters


That was a good session. Fuelled by the analysis I have recently conducted, I pushed myself exceptionally hard today. Any breather was curtailed, that extra rep was thrown in when I might have folded before. At the end, I was maxed out and I knew it. Much better performance.

The squats were fun as always and I ramped up the weight to really push myself. I had expected to languish at 70kg but definitely had to up it to 85kg. I am pleased with today’s work, overall.
