Great opener for the week at CrossFit Iron Duke. Floor Presses and the Reverse Filthy Fifty and I’m happy with how they both went.
5×5 Floor Presses were done at 80, 80, 85, 85, 85kg. Comfortable.
The Reverse Filthy 50 was always going to suck with no breakfast but it was fun. Weaknesses highlighted oddly in Jumping Pull Ups of all things. The Knees to Elbows were broken in to 10s and 5s. Both those and Pull Ups suffered in the grip which may be a result of the 7min hangs I’ve been doing for the last few days. Obviously, burpees were……burpees.
As I said, great start to the week. I won’t train at Keelhaul after that but will go in to coach for a bit.
