Very pleased here, thanks to the CF Keelhaul few who pushed me along today, great to be back briefly. I haven’t seen BTWB.com yet but I don’t care, it’s a 7+ improvement in 2 years.
Good sleep last night in own bed. Good breakfast of oats, nuts and some dried fruit plus whey protein concentrate with milk. Left fish oil at work but routinely taking 2+ mg per day. On a train for rest of the day, no training tomorrow.
